The invoicing of expenses for transport is to be paid by the customer, according to the weight of the parcel and the destination.
For services delivered by e-mail, the delivery by traditional mail has to be paid in plus.
Prices are mentioned on the site at the time of the order of deliverable services 24 hours (working days).
Prices for custom services are confirmed by e-mail, fax or postal mail.
However, no order will be closed with without taking note of all the elements.

Minimal order value is 50 sfr (approx. 33 € - approx. 40 $).
A dandailed invoice will be delivered with the order.
Transportation fees in standard way are offered by all orders superior to 1200 sfr ( approx. 800€ - 975 $).
Custom fees has to be paid by the customer.
For all orders of custom design / illustration, fees for packaging are offered.
For some projects or for new customers, a minimal guarantee will be requested at the moment of the order and in concordance with the personnalised estimation sent by fax, e-mail or regular mail.
The non payement indicated that the contract is not accepted and no work on the project will start.
Is an error slipped while printing your order after you give the agreement for printing, we will reimburse you or replace products.
Use instructions are supplied with the model, the template, the image or with the file purchased.
Any other support other than use instructions supplied are not offered in order to print to your home or other places. Indeed, as is a product to be done by you and as we cannot know the degree of informatic skills you possess, the type of paper you purchased or technical speciphications of your printing machine.
We don't reimburse templates, files, or other electronic files purchased in the case that the customer has problems to print himself according to use instructions supplied or if he ordered the wrong product.
Error orders of the customer cannot give the right or any reimbursement.
Templates, images, or any electronic files are supplied for a private use with the condition that the quantity to be printed does not exceed 10 copies.
The copyright mention has to stay with the image and neither the image or the copyright mention cannot be modified.
We don't assume any kind of responsability for the non respect of this condition !
